Rules of accommodation in the hotel Petrovsky Passazh

1. The hotel is meant for temporary accommodation.

2. 24-hour work pattern.

3. For guests staying at the hotel, the entry shall be effected using the guest cards. The visitors are allowed to enter the hotel provided they have the pass executed by the administrator.

4. Upon request of the hotel guests, the visitors are allowed from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, with obligatory registration in the visitor book and upon availability of the identity documents.

5. At the day of the departure the guest shall pay the provided services in full and leave the room so it can be prepared by the maid. The key shall be returned to the administrator.

6. Payment for accommodation and services shall be made according to the schedule of prices approved in the hotel.

7. Payment for accommodation shall be set per day per room (place in room) according to the unique check-out time of the hotel – from 12 noon of current day MSK. If the guest stays for less than 24 hours, the cost shall be equal to the cost of the room chosen per 1 day according to the schedule of prices.

8. If the guest arrives to the hotel from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, the payment for early arrival shall be charged in the amount of 0.5 from the cost of the room chosen per 1 day according to the schedule of prices.

9. At the day of the departure the guest shall leave the room until 12 noon. In case of delay, the payment shall be charged as follows:

- not greater than 6 hours after check-out time – payment on an hour basis;

- 6 to 12 hours after check-out time – payment for twelve hours;

- 12 to 24 hours – payment for twenty-four hours.

In case of prolongation of accommodation, the guests are recommended to agree the departure time with the administrator.

10. The hotel offers services for anticipated rooms reservation on requests of individual guests, groups and corporate customers. In case the guests cancel accommodation less than twenty-four hours before the estimated arrival, they shall be subject to penalty in the amount of the cost of the reserved room per 1 day according to the schedule of prices.

11. For accommodation of children under 7 in one room with their parents without additional space provision, the payment shall not be charged.

12. Credit cards are accepted for payment in the hotel.

13. The hotel provides the guests with following free services:

- medical emergency;

- use of first aid kit;

- correspondence delivery to the room and its receipt;

- wake up call at a given time;

- provision of boiling water, set of vessels, flatware;

- taxi.

14. Dear guests:

- Please observe the established accommodation rules.

- Do not disturb the hotel guests, be careful and do not produce noise.

- We ask each guest to strictly follow the fire safety regulations, do not allow the fire occurrence. Please do not use electric heaters in the room.

- Please read the information on emergency actions.

- Pay the services in due time and in full;

- When leaving the room, please close the taps, windows, turn off the light and switch off the appliances.

- In case of property loss or damage, please compensate the hotel for the damage.

- Do not keep bulky things in the room. It is forbidden to keep in room inflammable materials, weapons, chemical and radioactive instruments.

- It is forbidden to keep pets, birds, reptiles etc. in the room.

15. The hotel shall ensure the safety of the guests’ personals in the room, provided they comply with the accommodation rules.

16. The hotel shall not bear responsibility for loss of money, credit cards, jewelry, not given into custody. In case of personals loss in the room, immediately inform the administrator to ensure that the necessary measures are taken.

17.Administration can refuse to accommodation at any time since hotel is private property.

18.Guest has to present his identity card (as passport, migration card, current visa and/or other documents). Guest agrees on personal data processing according to hotel services. According to federal low of Russian Federation “Personal data security”, hotel's administration has to protect personal data from illegal or unintentional access, elimination, modification, copy or other illegal actions.
